Questions, answered
Pricing, templating, timelines, materials and care. If your question isn't here, call us.
How do I get a quote?
Call us, send the quote form, or stop by the showroom. Bring rough measurements or a sketch and photos of the space if you have them. We'll give you a starting estimate, then a firm price after we template.
What affects the price of a countertop?
The stone you choose, total square footage, edge profile, the number of cutouts (sinks, cooktops, faucet holes), and whether we're removing old tops. Natural stones vary more in price than quartz.
Can I pick my exact slab?
Yes, and we recommend it for natural stone. Every slab of granite, marble and quartzite is different. Come walk the slabs in our showroom and we'll lay your template on the piece you choose.
What is digital templating?
Instead of hand-cut wood or cardboard templates, we measure your cabinets digitally on site. That file goes straight to our CNC machine, which cuts your stone to match. It means tighter fits and fewer surprises on install day.
Do I need to be home for templating and install?
Someone who can make decisions should be there for templating, since we'll confirm sink placement, overhangs and seams with you. For install, we need access to the space and a clear path to it.
Do you remove my old countertops?
Yes. Our own demolition crew handles tear-out and prep, so you don't need to hire a separate contractor.
Which stone is best for my kitchen?
It depends on how you cook and how much maintenance you want. Quartz is the lowest maintenance. Granite and quartzite are tough natural stones. Marble is beautiful but etches and needs care. Our countertops page compares them side by side.
Do you work with builders, designers and contractors?
Yes. We set up trade accounts with dedicated scheduling and showroom access for your clients. See our Builders & Designers page.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Texarkana and serve homeowners, builders and designers across the Four States area: Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. Call us to confirm your town.
How do I care for my new countertops?
Wipe up spills with warm water and mild soap and avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. Natural stones like granite, marble and quartzite need periodic sealing; quartz and porcelain don't. We'll give you care instructions for your specific stone at install.
